Fujitsu LifeBook U820 Mini Tablet

Fujitsu offers in the US the Lifebook U820 tablet style mini laptop, which is known as the U2010 in Asia Pacific region (except Japan). The U820 is an ultra lightweight and portable notebook with a 5.6-inch screen. It weighs only 1.32 lbs.

Gigabyte M912 mini tablet

This is Gigabyte’s upcoming M912 mini tablet, which will come in three versions, the M912V, M912X and M912M.

The M912 line is equipped with Intel’s Atom CPU running at 1.6GHz, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive. M912V (US $655) will have a 8.9-inch 1280×768 touchscreen, and support for WiFi and Bluetooth. It runs Windows Vista.

The M912X (US $622), like the M912V, has a 8.9-inch display, WiFi and Bluetooth, but it runs Windows XP.

Lastly, the M912M (US $556) is the less advanced model with a 8.9-inch 1024×600 LCD touchscreen display and supports WiFi (only).
