HP launches a new notebook PC, the Pavilion G60-120US, which is based on AMD’s processor. The HP Pavilion G60-120US packs a 2.00 GHz AMD Turion X2 RM-70 Dual-Core Mobile Processor. 3GB of memory ad a NVIDIA GeForce 8200M video card with up to 1470MB video RAM.

HP Pavilion G60-120US comes with a 250GB hard drive and a LightScribe SuperMulti 8X DVD±R/RW with Double Layer Support. It has a 15.6-inch LCD display with 1366×768 resolution, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, 5-in-1 card reader and webcam. The Pavilion G60-120US comes with also integrated Altec Lansing speakers.

HP presents its new EliteBook 6930p laptop PC that offers up to 24 hours of continuous notebook operation on a single battery charge. The 24-hour battery life is achieved by using the HP Illumi-Lite LED and SSD, which consume less power. This new Elitebook uses Intel’s latest X25-M and X18-M Mainstream SATA SSDs. It comes with a 14.1-inch display.

HP EliteBook 6930p is designed to meet the tough MIL-STD 810F military-standard tests. It features HP DuraCase, shock-resistant hard drive, enhanced display panel and spill-resistant keyboard.

HP is also going to release the EliteBook 2530p business laptop PC, which offers similar features as the 2730p. The 2530p basically is the non-tablet version of the 2730p.

Powered by the same Core 2 Duo ULV 1.2GHz or Core 2 Duo LV 1.8GHz CPU, the 2530p has up to 4GB of memory and up to 160GB hard drive, and GMS 4500 HD graphic card. Buyers can also get the 80GB SSD to replace the hard drive.

The EliteBook has an internal DVD+/-RW burner, a 12.1-inch LCD display, Bluetooth, WiFi and SD card slot.
