Asus Eee PC 1000 Laptop

Asus officially launches the new Eee PC 1000 and 1000H mini laptops. Both of them are powered by an Intel 1.6GHz Atom CPU,  and up to 2GB of memory. THe 1000 features a 40GB SSD while the 1000H has a 80GB hard drive.

They come with also a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and wireless connectivity. The Eee PC 1000H is now available in Taiwan for NT$18,988.
